What First Motivated Me To Eat Healthier
I was superbly demoralized when I found out that I didn’t win for the 6-month fitness challenge. I thought by exercising and not totally eating Clean foods will do good to my body. But turns out vice versa. After that very day, I make a promise to myself that I will do my routine exercise plus eating Clean. My Goal is to be somewhere like Jamie Eason, fitness model. But I wouldn’t want to be a model just being a fitness person. Eating healthier is especially not easy. It takes time, confidence, motivation and perseverance for you to go through it. Indeed I’m feeling healthier now and happier.
What Motivates Me To Eat Healthier Now
Jamie Eason. Why I say so is because I’m following her exercise and eating plan. By looking at her and following her routine makes me want to do it everyday and wouldn’t want to stop. Besides her, I have family, friends and boyfriend support to continue my intention. They know that I have a GOAL to be achieved in 12-weeks time. But not to stop there but to make it a Habit in my lifestyle.
Advice
- For those people out there who felt gittered or don’t know where or when to start, my advice is choose someone (fitness athlete), follow their exercise routine and their package meals. Trust me if you are dedicated to lose weight and to have a lean body physique, you will pull through. At first its a bit difficult for you to make adjustment but after awhile you will get used to it. Be positive at all times. Let people tease you from eating healthy. When you achieve your results, they will just keep quiet and NO COMMENTS. All the best in your journey to success.
